Elevanti Solutions is a dream come true for former colleagues and friends Tanvi and Melanie. Back in 2023 they worked together at a trade association in Alexandria, Va., where they instantly connected as you do when you find your work "twin flame". 

Realizing that we were the happiest and most satisfied with our work when we were helping people (clients and colleagues alike) solve problems, we often said that given an opportunity we would create a business where we can help businesses by solving their problems which would in turn help them succeed and grow. 

In the spring of 2025, that opportunity to start this passion project came and who were we not to walk through the door? So, with a lot of courage and coffee, we have created a company that understands the value of community, wants to build partnerships and not just have "clients" and believes honesty, integrity and reputation are more important than making a quick buck. 

We are passionate about working with businesses of all sizes to help them grow while building a strong local community. We even hold our weekly staff meetings in the local coffee shops in Alexandria because we don't just work here, we live here and care about our neighborhood businesses.
